Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a plastic manufacturing company with an excellent international track record.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR & GA operations with a focus on strategic leadership and team development 
• Oversee personnel matters, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and with direct reports
• Manage union labour relations and liaise with government agencies (Disnaker)
• Implement and monitor competency frameworks and HR concepts to support organisational growth
• Act as a generalist, handling a wide range of HR and GA responsibilities, including Industrial Relations and payroll.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Industrial Engineering 
• Broad HR & GA experience (8–15 years), including payroll and industrial relations, with a generalist profile.
• Experience working at multinational company, Japanese manufacture company preferred
• Experience working on expatriate matters
• Strong managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to guide teams effectively
• Fluency in English, with a preference for candidates from multinational company backgrounds
• Familiarity with competency frameworks, union labour relations, and government regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both with team members and across organisational levels
• Open to placement in Cilegon.
