Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

What We Look For

• The Blueprint: 4+ years of Product Management experience in Heavy Equipment dealerships, backed by a strong early career in Marketing.
• Education: S1 Degree (Engineering preferred), verified under PDDIKTI.
• Profile: 35–45 years old (Male preferred). An outgoing, adaptable, and proactive professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English to seamlessly collaborate with Caterpillar and internal leads.
• Work Setup: Head Office based with business travel flexibility.

What You Will Do

• Craft and implement integrated GTM and pricing strategies based on segment and TCO analysis.

• Drive product marketing, manage retail/fleet campaigns, and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle (from NPI to termination).
• Run market studies and forecast demand to maintain ideal inventory levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and aftersales to boost market share and customer satisfaction.
