Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established travel agency in Indonesia that specializes in religious travel, particularly Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages.

Job Responsibilities

• Seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Umroh and Haji products. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and delivering measurable business results through digital channels.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads through digital channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ensure campaign performance meets company KPIs, lead targets, and revenue objectives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Analyze key performance metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Conversion Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates.
• Identify bottlenecks within the customer acquisition funnel and recommend solutions to improve performance.
• Provide direction and campaign requirements to Content Creators and Graphic Designers.
• Work closely with management to develop and execute business growth strategies.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing within the travel, tourism, hospitality, service, education, or other lead-driven industries with comparable customer acquisition cycles.
• Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns with clear sales and revenue objectives.
• Experience managing digital advertising budgets of at least IDR 50 million per month.
• Strong track record of working with KPIs and revenue-driven targets.
• Proficient in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, conversion tracking, attribution modeling, marketing funnels, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
• Ability to develop monthly marketing plans and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience marketing high-consideration services with a medium-to-long sales cycle is highly preferred.
