Job Responsibilities
● Manage and monitor commercial budgeting and spending effectiveness
● Support business P&L management and financial performance analysis
● Collaborate with commercial teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
● Review trade spending, marketing budgets, and distributor claims
● Develop financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions
● Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
● Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG finance, commercial controlling, or business controlling
● Strong experience in commercial budgeting, spending analysis, and business partnering
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
● Experience supporting business P&L and financial planning activities
