Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

General Requirements

• Mature Leadership & Team Management: Possesses a grounded, authoritative leadership style capable of earning respect from subordinates. Experienced in driving accountability, conducting team inspections, and taking decisive corrective or disciplinary actions when performance issues or compliance risks arise.
• Rigorous Sales Cadence: Proven experience in establishing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly sales cadences. This systematic tracking approach is critical for a seamless, "plug-and-play" integration into the company's structured operating processes.
• Hunter Personality & Resilience: Demonstrates a high-energy, proactive "hunter" mindset characterized by persistence and a drive to consistently exceed targets. Highly resilient against setbacks—focused on strategic improvement and corrective ownership rather than blaming external circumstances.
• Strategic Thinker & Domain Expert: Applies strategic thinking to all operational facets. Must hold superior product and industry knowledge compared to the team to effectively mentor subordinates, maintain leadership authority, and inspire high performance.
• Territory & Relationship Management: Brings a robust, established customer database within the assigned territory. Actively maintains client relationships through structured touchpoints, including routine visits and informal networking gatherings.
• Market Expansion & Retail Focus: A proven track record of securing market share and accelerating sales growth specifically within the retail customer segment (as opposed to major/corporate accounts) in the heavy equipment sector.
• Collaboration & Cultural Fit: Exhibits clear enthusiasm, confidence, and high alignment with the company's values, alongside a demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.

Specific Requirements

• Age & Gender: Male, with a maximum age of 40 (candidates in their late 20s who possess an exceptional, proven track record will be strongly considered).
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree ($S1$) from any major, with a graduation status strictly verified and registered under the official PDDIKTI database.
• Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct managerial experience as a Parts Department Head, Sales Leader, or an equivalent supervisory role managing a team of more than 2 sales professionals.
• Sales & Industry Background: * Must have hands-on experience in direct selling as a Salesman or Key Account Executive.

• Specialized experience selling Product Support or After-Sales Spare Parts is mandatory.
• Background must stem from the Heavy Equipment, Spare Parts, or industrial Leasing sectors, sharing an identical target customer demographic (mining, construction, agriculture, plant rental, etc.).
