Job Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager must be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with business requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project implementation.

• Manage end-to-end IT projects from project initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects within the Banking industry.
• Proven experience managing both clients and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, OrangeScrum, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
