Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company and play a key role in building scalable, high-quality digital products. You'll work closely with technical leadership to develop end-to-end solutions, integrate with enterprise platforms, and deliver robust applications that create real business impact.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, including backend services and modern frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Product, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements and technical designs into production-ready solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services to support seamless product functionality.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code while implementing automated testing and participating in code reviews to ensure reliability and performance.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate software delivery while maintaining code quality.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Take ownership of features throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from implementation and testing to deployment and production support.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing across the development team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent hands-on software engineering experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Go, Python, or Node.js, along with experience using modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools or contributing to AI/LLM-powered product features is highly preferred.
• Exposure to industries such as fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, messaging platforms, or other technology-driven environments is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
