Sales Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding food and beverage company committed to providing premium beverages and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Chinese Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, sales monitoring, store cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Act as a liaison between the Chinese management team and local Indonesian employees by translating operational guidelines, announcements, and customer feedback while ensuring smooth communication.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, including sales performance, inventory, and other store metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and provide support for ad hoc operational tasks assigned by the store manager.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in retail operations, sales, or store management is preferred.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Based in Bandung or willing to relocate.
