Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Group Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and growth of multiple brands within a consumer goods portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving brand performance, developing integrated marketing strategies, managing product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple brands to drive sales growth, market share, profitability, and brand equity.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance and recommend improvement strategies based on business and marketing data.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, PR, brand activation, CRM, and other marketing channels.
• Develop annual marketing calendars and oversee product launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns within budget and timeline.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets while evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Present business reviews, marketing performance, and strategic recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, or other fast-moving consumer industries.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands or product categories.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and consumer marketing.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, ATL, BTL, PR, CRM, and brand activation.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into business strategies.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
• Experience working with advertising, media, digital, PR, and research agencies.
• Excellent analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in multinational FMCG or consumer goods companies is highly preferred.
• Willing to be based in Bandung/Garut, West Java.
