Job Responsibilities

• Lead local payroll system support for Indonesia, serving as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact.

• Coordinate closely with global support teams and shared services to align on service delivery, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

• Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configurations, schemas, and rules tailored to local statutory compliance and operational needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and interfaces with third-party/finance systems.

• Demonstrate leadership and analytical problem-solving skills in a dynamic, global, and matrixed environment.

• Engage effectively with internal stakeholders across all levels, ensuring alignment on business requirements and system updates.

• Be willing and available to travel to client sites (local or overseas) as required by project and operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

• In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements affecting local payroll calculations.

• Practical experience with payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and system integrations (e.g., CPI, SAP ERP, finance interfaces).

• SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working within a global support model, shared services environment, or cross-border teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
