Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure software systems end-to-end—spanning analysis, design, testing, delivery, and maintenance—to meet market and client requirements.

• Provide Infrastructure Technology Support analysis for SAP Basis, including system installation, patches, and transport management.

• Apply technical knowledge, methodologies, and tools to support client projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery and maintenance across the system lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, with availability to travel as required.

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant managerial experience overseeing SAP Basis or related IT infrastructure projects and teams.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration, infrastructure support, and software development methodologies.

• Proven ability to build, lead, and foster a team-oriented environment with strong creative, analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
