Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and other strategic channel partners across Indonesia.

Identify and develop new distribution opportunities, with an initial focus on the Jabodetabek market.

Establish and manage sales channels across traditional wholesale, modern retail, chain stores, and e-commerce platforms.

Manage distributor performance, including procurement, sell-through, inventory levels, pricing, and overall channel health.

Build and develop the local sales team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and field sales coordination.

Conduct regular market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and emerging product opportunities within the mobile accessories and consumer electronics market.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop localized go-to-market strategies and promotional activities, including digital campaigns, KOL collaborations, and social commerce initiatives.

Ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned with Indonesian consumer preferences, cultural considerations, and local market regulations.

Monitor sales performance and market data, providing actionable insights to management and recommending strategies to achieve business targets.

Support the company's broader market expansion strategy and contribute to building a sustainable business presence in Indonesia.

Be prepared for business travel as required to support customers, distributors, and sales activities across key Indonesian cities.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the mobile accessories, consumer electronics, 3C, or related industries.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing the Indonesian market.

Strong existing network among Indonesian distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and/or e-commerce channels is highly preferred.

Proven experience in building and expanding distribution channels from the ground up.

Strong understanding of Indonesia's multi-channel sales landscape, including wholesale, modern trade, retail chains, and e-commerce.

Experience working with international or Chinese consumer electronics/accessory brands is highly preferred.

Strong business negotiation, relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills.

English proficiency is required as the primary working language.

Fluent Bahasa Indonesia is preferred; Mandarin/Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

Strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and data analysis skills.

Results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Willing to travel when required, particularly as the business expands into different regions of Indonesia.

Knowledge of Indonesian import, customs clearance, and relevant product certification requirements is an advantage.
