About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a prominent non-banking foreign exchange and financial services company established in 2005. Operating under an official Bank Indonesia license, the company has over two decades of experience providing rapid, secure, and reliable currency exchange as well as domestic and international remittance services across strategic branches in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bandung.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Align multi-departmental initiatives (Finance, HC, IT, GA, and Internal Audit) with overall business objectives and advise the CEO/BoD on high-level decisions.
• Financial Stewardship: Ensure organizational financial health by directing cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.
• Digital & IT Governance: Spearhead digital transformation initiatives and manage scalable tech infrastructure to support operational productivity and business scalability.
• Human Capital Development: Build a high-performance, resilient corporate culture by modernizing HR systems and talent development frameworks.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Enforce strict adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
• Internal Control & Risk Mitigation: Lead internal audit programs and build comprehensive risk management frameworks across all business units.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline business processes, maximize resource allocation, and enhance cross-functional productivity.C

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, Management, IT, or related fields) is preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a C-Suite or Senior Executive capacity.
• Multi-Functional Expertise: Proven track record of concurrently managing diverse corporate divisions (Finance, Human Resources, IT, GA, and Audit).
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of corporate finance, tax regulations, IT/digital operations, organizational design, and corporate governance frameworks
