Lead and oversee the overall Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, including team management, task allocation, supervision, and performance monitoring.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure effective internal controls and compliance.

Manage the company's budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning activities.

Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and other management reports.

Provide accurate financial insights and recommendations to support management in business planning and decision-making.

Review and approve company expenses, payments, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy, legitimacy, and compliance with internal policies.

Oversee cost accounting and analysis, including monitoring operational costs, product-related expenses, and overall cost efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax calculations, filings, reporting, and payments in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Oversee various corporate tax matters, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 4(2), PPN, and other applicable taxes.

Ensure proper preparation and issuance of tax documentation, including employee income tax withholding certificates and other required tax documents.

Manage relationships and coordination with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities when required.

Monitor financial and business processes to ensure compliance with established SOPs and identify potential financial, tax, and operational risks.

Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Provide financial and tax guidance to other business functions and subsidiary entities where required.

Supervise and develop finance team members through coaching, training, and performance management.

Ensure consistent implementation of finance, accounting, and tax policies across the organization.

Support management in evaluating new business initiatives, investments, operational decisions, and other financial matters.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field from a reputable university.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with solid experience at Manager level.

Experience in consumer electronics, gadgets, smartphones, or related industries is highly preferred, particularly experience working with an international or China-based brand.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles and taxation regulations.

Strong understanding of corporate tax matters, including PPh, PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 4(2), and other relevant tax regulations.

Familiar with DJP Online/Coretax and Indonesian tax reporting processes.

Possess Tax Brevet A, B, and C certification.

Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis.

Familiar with accounting and ERP systems such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or other comparable systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop a finance team.
