About the Company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading technology company specializing in digital infrastructure across banking, payments, and related services.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.
• Develop and improve financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Lead the development or implementation of financial modeling software and tools.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the COO and CEO.
• Establish effective financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly growing technology environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification is a strong advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or within a technology company.
• Proven experience in building or developing financial modeling software/tools.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, ethics, accountability, and professionalism.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to take ownership and overcome challenges.
• Willing to be based in Semarang.
