Geekhunter is recruiting for our client, an educational organization dedicated to teaching coding, AI, and STEM to children and teenagers (preschool to high school) through interactive and enjoyable learning.

Job Responsibilities

Seeking a dynamic Lead Generation and Sales Manager to spearhead growth by developing high-performing sales strategies and leading the sales team to convert leads into students or institutional clients. This strategic role is essential to scale the business and eventually support or take over day-to-day operational responsibilities from the founder.

• Develop and execute end to end marketing strategy including lead generation strategies targeting students, parents, and educational institutions through both inbound (SEO, content, ads) and outbound (cold outreach, partnerships) channels
• Collaborate with marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns (email, social media, webinars, etc.) that drive high-quality leads
• Oversee the full sales funnel—from lead acquisition to enrollment—ensuring leads are nurtured and conversion rates are optimized
• Build and manage a growing sales team (10–15 members), set KPIs, and coach for performance
• Use CRM tools to track interactions, analyze data, and inform decision-making
• Drive team accountability in follow-up communication (calls, emails, meetings) and lead progress through pipeline stages
• Create and present regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership
• Represent the company in meetings or events, including occasional travel to partner schools or education expos

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing, ideally in the education industry
• Experience in organic & non-organic program
• At least 2–3 years leading a sales team (not as an individual contributor)
• Proven ability to build, train, and manage a performance-oriented team
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, CRM systems, pipeline management, and conversion tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to travel as needed (must hold SIM A or SIM C)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
