Geekhunter is hiring for our own internal team in Bandung / Jakarta / Yogyakarta.

Job Description

• Identify potential partnership/collaboration with other institution, not limited to public/private institution, coding bootcamp, higher education/universities, government, association, community, etc; seal the partnership deal formally through MoU/agreement; manage the partnership; monitor the progress; and evaluate the result.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing strategy, initiatives, and campaigns to generate leads
• Create and execute marketing strategy, initiatives, campaign, advertising & promotion activities across all communication channels and optimize it for maximum ROI.
• Constantly analyse and optimize marketing performance.
• Ensure optimum utilization of all communication channels to push the programs/campaigns
• Manage community regular event, not limited to create the concept, find and engage speakers, held the webinar, manage the meet-up, etc.
• Attending conferences, meet-ups, and industry events as a representative of the company.
• Create marketing contents for the companies such as poster design, articles, press release, newsletter, etc.
• Manage company's digital presence to improve brand awareness & brand image (Website, Social Media accounts, & contents)

Job Requirement

• Preferably from digital marketing or public relation background
• Min. 2 years of experience in the related field
• Able to use design tools such as Canva to create marketing/design collateral
• Experience in handling corporate's social media account and creating creative contents to generate leads
• Ability to plan and deliver innovative & effective marketing campaign
• Knowledge of data/performance marketing analysis and report writing
• Understand SEO, SEM, SMM, Google and Facebook platforms
• Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Tech savvy, outgoing, and enthusiastic
• Fluent in English, Min. TOEFL score of 520 or equivalent
