Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods / Hygiene Products Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock movement, and warehouse coordination efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience handling inward/outward material, maintaining stock records, coordinating with vendors and production teams, and ensuring smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations including inward and outward stock movement Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers Handle material receiving, inspection, and storage systematically Coordinate with production, dispatch, and procurement teams Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess inventory Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials/products Prepare GRN, delivery challans, and stock reports Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area Follow company SOPs and safety procedures Requirements 1–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper / Warehouse Executive / Inventory Executive Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, hygiene products, consumer goods, or related industries preferred Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling Basic understanding of Excel and inventory software/ERP systems Good coordination and record-keeping skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
