Saregama Live curates and produces a wide range of live experiences, including artiste-led musical concerts, IP-based shows, and newly launched immersive live formats across India, the US, Canada, and Australia. Expanding our live entertainment portfolio further, we have also introduced a comedy roster, working with emerging and established comedy talent to create engaging live and digital experiences. Through our subsidiary PocketAces, Saregama reaches a massive digital-first audience via popular content brands such as FilterCopy, Nutshell, Dice Media, Gobble, and Pocket Change. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end marketing for film and non-film music launches across multiple projects simultaneously, from strategy to execution • Drive 360° development for key artists, including brand positioning, content direction, and audience growth • Build and manage relationships with artists, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution • Develop insight-led marketing plans grounded in digital behavior, pop culture, and audience trends • Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across social, influencer, media, partnerships, and on-ground channels • Lead content thinking across platforms ensuring work is culturally relevant, timely, and differentiated • Identify and act on real-time opportunities (trends, moments, collaborations) to maximize reach and engagement • Build and leverage partnerships with creators, platforms, media partners, and vendors to scale campaigns • Work closely with internal teams to align strategy and execution across all projects • Take full ownership of outcomes driving timelines, quality, and performance with minimal supervision • Continuously track market trends, campaign performance, and audience behavior to refine strategy Skill Sets Required: • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social platforms, and the influencer landscape • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects end-to-end • Strong creative thinking and idea generation ability, with a clear sense of what works in pop culture • Proactive and solution-oriented; able to move quickly and make decisions in ambiguous situations • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to identify and build the right partnerships to amplify campaigns • Data-informed thinking with the ability to translate insights into action • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Love for music would be great!
