Description
As a Business Development Executive at iSmartrecruit, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing client relationships, delivering persuasive product demonstrations, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, understanding their needs and positioning our recruitment solutions to deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, engage, and win new clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that address client pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation, contract execution, and handover to delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements; negotiate terms to maximize value and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline to produce reliable forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS sectors.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
