Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, trade shows, and private functions

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing guest lists, and preparing materials

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event logistics are in place

Set up and break down event spaces, including signage, décor, and technical equipment

Greet guests, answer questions, and provide on-site support during events

Track expenses and help manage event budgets

Collect feedback and assist in post-event reporting and evaluation

Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager
