We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Assistant to support the daily operations of our call center. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth workflow, assist agents, and provide excellent service to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Assist with handling incoming and outgoing customer calls as needed.
Monitor call queues and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in the system accurately.
Help train new staff on systems and procedures.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and filing.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer service protocols.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software (e.g., CRM systems).
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
