The Employee shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
Register patients.
Sending appointment reminders to patients.
Prepare case notes and insurance claim forms.
Handling Corporate and OTAI billing. Ensure billing details are correct.
Handle OTAI claims.
Liaise with OTAI for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing.
Ensure to follow up outstanding payment from corporate, OTAI and self-payment patients.
Maintain clinic facilities.
Training the new administrative / reception staff.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
