Supply Chain Executive (Vietnam-based)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the store team to ensure collective duties and responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Responsible for coordinating with the logistics team in Singapore for purchasing of direct materials and overseas shipments of finished goods.
• Process purchase orders and hand order placement to meet production demand.
• Ensure all raw materials adhere to the target inventory policy.
• Liaise with the Custom/Exim Department on shipment issues.
• Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated.
• Work closely with production on exception materials.
• Prepare and submit custom documentation.
• Perform quarterly monitoring of local purchase items through price review and evaluate supplier performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong in inventory control and inventory management.
• Competent in freight forwarding and purchasing.
• Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and have good leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

this role is to be permanently based in their Vietnam plant but still can return to home country almost every quarter. Stay in your home country for about a week.
