Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT / eCommerce Business Development.
- Primary Focus: USA and Europe
- Proven experience in selling Shopify, Magento, Zoho, Web & App development, or Digital Marketing services.
- Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into business value.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibility
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for IT & eCommerce services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling.
- Understand client requirements and prepare impactful proposals, SOWs, and business presentations.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project success.
- Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives to ensure target achievement.
- Provide sales training, performance tracking, and strategic direction to the team.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, strong CRM discipline, and robust sales reporting.
- Keep updated on eCommerce market trends, platform updates, and competitor offerings.
- Represent Elsner at virtual/in-person events, networking opportunities, and strategic meetings.
