We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Outreach Executive to expand and manage our publisher network. The ideal candidate should have experience in email outreach, publisher communication, and basic SEO understanding.
You will be responsible for identifying quality websites, pitching collaboration opportunities, negotiating pricing, and maintaining long-term relationships with publishers.
Identify and onboard new publishers/blog owners relevant to various niches
Conduct email outreach and follow-ups for guest posting & link insertion opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with website owners and editors
Negotiate pricing and publishing terms
Verify website quality (traffic, niche relevance, spam score, indexing, etc.)
Maintain outreach database and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with SEO Experts / Link Building Managers for client requirements
1–2 years of experience in SEO outreach or link building
Strong written communication skills (professional email drafting)
Basic understanding of SEO concepts (DA/DR, traffic, anchor text, indexing, etc.)
Experience with outreach tools (Gmail, BuzzStream, Hunter, Apollo, etc. – optional but preferred)
Good negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong follow-up discipline and time management
