We are looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Manager to lead the organic growth and search visibility of Link Publishers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in traditional SEO, along with practical experience in E-E-A-T, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-powered search visibility.

We are looking for someone who has not only managed traditional SEO campaigns but has also conducted real-world experiments and implemented strategies to improve brand visibility, mentions, and citations across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic search performance, strengthen brand authority, generate qualified organic leads, and establish Link Publishers as a recognized brand across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, content, and organic growth.
• Plan and implement GEO strategies to improve Link Publishers' visibility, mentions, and citations across Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and other AI-powered platforms.
• Conduct hands-on GEO experiments to understand LLM discovery, brand recommendations, citations, and competitor visibility.
• Implement E-E-A-T strategies to strengthen website credibility, topical authority, brand recognition, and trust signals.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation of website architecture, indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and other technical improvements.
• Develop keyword strategies targeting high-intent commercial keywords across the USA, UK, Australia, and other relevant markets.
• Plan and execute content strategies, including keyword mapping, content gap analysis, landing page optimization, content clusters, and internal linking.
• Build high-quality backlinks and brand mentions through digital PR, editorial outreach, guest contributions, and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze competitors' organic search and AI visibility strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, organic conversions, AI citations, brand mentions, and overall search visibility.
• Build performance dashboards, conduct regular SEO/GEO experiments, and present actionable monthly growth reports.
• Collaborate with content, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of SEO and GEO initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with SaaS, marketplace, or international B2B websites.
• Proven track record of independently managing and scaling end-to-end SEO campaigns.
• Demonstrated practical experience in E-E-A-T implementation and topical authority building.
• Strong hands-on GEO experience with actual experiments, campaigns, and measurable improvements in AI search visibility.
• Must have practical experience tracking and improving brand mentions and citations across LLM platforms.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge with the ability to identify issues and coordinate their implementation.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of search intent, content quality, entity optimization, digital PR, and authority building.
• Ability to connect SEO and GEO initiatives with business outcomes such as qualified leads, registrations, and revenue.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, experimentation, and execution skills.
