Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the influencer landscape and an ability to build strong relationships with influencers to deliver successful campaigns. He/she will work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with the company's brand and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales 
• Identify and recruit influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful collaboration and campaign delivery 
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and contract agreements 
• Create campaign briefs and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and guidelines 
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven  recommendations for future campaigns 
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain fresh and relevant

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
