Chief Technical Officer

Job Overview:

The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the product portfolio. This executive role involves leading the product management team, driving product innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving the company's business goals. The CTO will work closely with other executive team members to align product strategies with the company's objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Identify market opportunities and define product positioning and differentiation.

• Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.

• Market and Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Communicate product strategy and plans to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.

• Performance and Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful product leadership and innovation.
  • Experience in leading and developing product teams.
