We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Growth Associate (Partnerships) to join our Growth & Partnerships team. This role is critical in sourcing, acquiring, nurturing, and retaining strategic partners while driving sustainable growth across our ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Beam’s partnership strategy. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and Product teams to unlock new opportunities and scale our impact in the payments space.

Location: 140 Wireless Building, Lumpini, Bangkok
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + equity option (ESOP)

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Execution

• Research and develop a strong understanding of market trends, merchant and partner needs, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Support the development and continuous refinement of Beam’s partnership and go-to-market strategies.
• Execute partnership initiatives and experiments in collaboration with commercial and operations teams.
• Set clear performance targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities.

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership agreements.
• Build and nurture long-term, high-impact partner relationships.
• Develop joint value propositions and supporting materials for partner acquisition and activation.

Product & Growth Alignment

• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure alignment between growth objectives and product development.
• Contribute to achieving strong product-market fit for new products and features.
• Track growth metrics, analyze performance data, and propose strategic adjustments to drive results.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement improved processes to enhance team productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or business development within a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing impactful partnerships.
• Strong business acumen with solid marketing, product development, and market research capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the technology ecosystem and its commercial opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Thai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a growth function from 0 to 1.
• Led a successful commercial or product collaboration in the market.
• Background in an early-stage startup or startup-like environment.
• Experience building or managing a team.
