Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead operational excellence and drive enterprise-wide performance optimization. This role is instrumental in transforming operational execution, improving financial performance, enhancing customer satisfaction (including key accounts), and building scalable systems to support long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement best practices, strengthen operational infrastructure, and ensure the organization scales efficiently with business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary operations including service delivery, project management, and customer engagement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Lead process improvement, digital transformation, and cost-optimization initiatives across departments.

Financial & Performance Management

• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting to the executive committee.
• Drive cost control and performance efficiency across business units.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective strategies where needed.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, strategic clients, and government stakeholders.
• Represent the company in executive reviews, steering committees, and partnership discussions.
• Coordinate closely with sales, presales, and solution teams to ensure contractual obligations and customer expectations are met.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop operational and technical teams to achieve performance excellence.
• Implement scalable structures, governance frameworks, and role clarity to improve agility and execution speed.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance (OHS, ISO, and corporate standards).
• Support operational readiness for new ventures, joint projects, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or project management — ideally within SI, Consulting, B2G, or B2B environments.
• Strong financial management background with proven experience in cost control and P&L oversight.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with executives, enterprise clients, and government sectors.
• Technical familiarity with network, ICT, or infrastructure systems; capable of managing both SI and non-telco projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience developing budgets, long-term business plans, and financial strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
