IJD Job Description
1. Develop business development and market plans aligned with corporate strategic objectives to support target achievement.
2. Continuously monitor market trends, demand dynamics, competitor activities and industry intelligence; adjust and optimize business development plans accordingly.
3. Fully understand company services, positioning and advantages; leverage various channels for market promotion and expansion.
4. Negotiate with clients, evaluate quotations, follow up and onboard customized R&D and production projects on behalf of the company.
5. Liaise with delivery teams to handle commercial matters properly throughout the sales and service delivery process.
6. Track sales progress, conduct regular business reviews, and follow up on payment collection.
7. Maintain client relationships, collect feedback and market demand, provide improvement suggestions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Assist in establishing sales and business development processes and standards; train and develop business team members.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of business development management experience; experience in key account management within the same industry is preferred.

2. English as working language with excellent communication skills; fluency in Thai is a strong plus.
3. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong communication, coordination, market insight, execution and judgment.
4. Proven track record in BD; able to thrive in a fastpaced, highefficiency work environment.
