Deployment Strategist – Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers—turning ambitious initiatives into tangible, measurable outcomes.

You will lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, working cross-functionally with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics. Your role is critical in ensuring each deployment is executed seamlessly, delivers real business value, and is built to scale.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive at the intersection of technology, execution, and customer collaboration and who take pride in driving complex initiatives to successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions and platform implementations for enterprise customers.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and integration strategies for pilots and onboarding initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
• Oversee implementation, system integrations, and iterative refinement of AI agents through to production launch.
• Monitor performance in production environments and drive continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
• Identify new opportunities and use cases to expand AI adoption and deepen customer impact.
• Track progress, proactively manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in technical problem-solving, delivery, or implementation-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive complex initiatives forward in dynamic environments.
• High-agency mindset, with the ability to create clarity, propose direction, and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong interest in AI-driven products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
