About the Position:
They are looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join their team in a fast-paced and quality-oriented environment. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
· Complete service calls
· Strong mechanical knowledge
· Ability to perform repairs on equipment as required
· Hold valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Tune and clean services – both regular and preventative maintenance
· Extra service calls
· On call for emergency service calls on nights and weekends on a rotating schedule
· Bill customers for services provided
· Communicate with customers to take care of needs/troubleshoot
· Keep assigned service vehicle clean and stocked with provided parts and tools
· Document findings and/or unsafe conditions observed
· Be aware of local building codes and ordinances.
· Complete assigned projects on time.
