Job Title: Accounts Executive (Hospital)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial work in our hospital. The person will handle billing, payments, records, and help keep financial data accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage patient bills and invoices
• Handle daily accounting entries (receipts, payments, expenses)
• Maintain records of all financial transactions
• Follow up on pending payments from patients and insurance companies
• Assist in salary processing and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank statements and hospital accounts
• Support audits and prepare basic financial reports
• Ensure compliance with hospital and legal financial rules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (hospital experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (like Tally)
• Good understanding of billing and GST
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Word)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:
Shift-based duty
