Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with jigs and fixtures to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Perform mechanical and technical repairs, ensuring all tools meet safety and quality standards.
Calibration and Alignment:
- Ensure accurate calibration and alignment of jigs and fixtures to maintain production precision.
- Work closely with the quality and production teams to address alignment-related concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and improvements.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports to the management team.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze the performance of jigs and fixtures and suggest design or process modifications for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with the design and tooling teams to develop innovative fixture solutions.
Spare Parts Management:
- Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and tools required for jig and fixture maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety checks and training sessions for the team to adhere to workplace standards.
