Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory control.
Lead Vendor Development initiatives to establish long-term relationships and ensure consistent quality and cost-effective sourcing.
Manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) planning, budgeting, and investments for the supply chain function.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
Ensure timely and accurate material planning and supply chain synchronization to meet production and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement) to optimize supply chain processes and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions to optimize supply chain performance.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
In-depth experience in vendor development and sourcing strategies.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM practices.
Experience with Capex management and financial planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
