Job Summary

Electrobotic is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Plant HR to oversee all HR functions at the plant level. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), payroll management, and factory compliance, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR), including union interactions and dispute resolution
• Ensure smooth execution of payroll processes with accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and implement statutory compliances related to factory laws
• Maintain adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
• Drive employee engagement initiatives at the plant level
• Handle grievance management and disciplinary actions
• Support recruitment and onboarding for plant workforce
• Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Plant HR role
• Strong knowledge of IR practices, labor laws, and factory compliances
• Hands-on experience in payroll management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workforce relations effectively
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or plant environment
• Exposure to audits and statutory inspections
• Strong stakeholder management skills
