Position: Deputy Manager – Event Coordination
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Event Management, Commerce, or related field
Experience Required: 5–7 Years of experience in event coordination, operations, or related profile.
Salary : 55 to 60 K
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating pre-event, on-event, and post-event activities.
2. Coordinating with vendors, speakers, guests, and service providers before and during events.
3. Managing event registrations, invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
4. Preparing event schedules, checklists, and coordination plans.
5. Coordinating with internal teams for logistics, branding, and event requirements.
6. Assisting in billing, documentation, feedback collection, and post-event reports.
7. Handling data creation and database management for activities and events.
8. Coordinating events with HOD and preparing event press notes.
9. Supporting office bearers with additional coordination and administrative tasks as required.
10. Maintaining proper event records, reports, and communication documentation.
11. Ensuring smooth execution of events and maintaining professional stakeholder communication.
