Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing and utility equipment.

Engineering Items PO Creation, vender selection, approval, procurement & proper invoicing/billing & closing entire task related to procurement.

Manage engineering activities for HVAC, chillers, compressors, RO systems, cooling towers, electrical systems, and other utilities, as applicable.

Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility-related problems.

Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists, and maintenance records.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, EHS, and other departments for maintenance activities.

Participate in qualification and validation activities, including DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable.

Manage CAPA, deviation, change control, and investigation activities related to engineering systems.

Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for specialized maintenance and projects.

Support installation and commissioning of new machinery, equipment, and utility systems.

Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all engineering activities.

Train and guide engineering technicians and junior engineers.
- Participate in internal and external GMP/regulatory audits and provide required engineering documentation.
