Production Manager

The role involves managing end-to-end production operations, including:

• Managing daily production activities as per the production plan.
• Handling Solid Oral Dosage (SOD) manufacturing, particularly tablets and capsules.
• Planning and allocating manpower, machines and materials.
• Monitoring production output, yield, productivity and material consumption.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs and safety standards.
• Reviewing and maintaining BMR/BPR and production documentation.
• Coordinating with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and Planning teams.
• Managing production deviations, breakdowns and process-related issues.
• Driving productivity improvement and minimizing wastage.
• Leading and supervising the production team.
