Key Responsibilities • Training Design & Delivery o Develop and conduct onboarding programs for new sales hires. o Design and facilitate training sessions on sales techniques, negotiation, prospecting, and CRM usage. • Performance Coaching o Observe sales calls, meetings, and demos to provide feedback and coaching. o Partner with Sales Managers to identify individual and team training needs. • Content & Program Management o Create engaging training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, e-learning modules). o Keep training content updated with the latest sales methodologies and product knowledge. o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
