Experience: Min 10 + Years of R&D / Product Development Experience in Breaded & Battered Products
Salary: 18 LPA - 20 LPA
Job Responsibilities: 1.Profit & Loss (P&L) and Financial Management: Assume complete ownership of the P&L, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets 2.Production & Value-Added Processing: Oversee the entire breaded shrimp production process. Develop production schedules that align with sales forecasts and export order deadlines, ensuring optimal utilization of processing lines and labour. 3.Assurance & Food Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with international food safety standards such as HACCP, BRC, BAP ASC, FDA, and EU regulations. 4.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers of specialized inputs like breadcrumbs, batter mixes, and packaging materials.
