Role Summary: Lead technical, regulatory, and documentation aspects of seafood exports. Act as the key interface for foreign buyers and food safety auditors on all chemistry, microbiology, and process-related queries.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead export documentation for technical & chemical compliance: COA, test reports, residue monitoring, allergens, additives, labelling claims. 2. Address technical questions from foreign buyers and importing country authorities 3. Own responses to foreign food safety audits: BRC, BAP, HACCP, SMETA 4. Drive root-cause analysis for quality deviations, customer complaints, and detention alerts.
