Job Summary The Head – Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring product quality across all stages of manufacturing by establishing robust quality assurance systems, inspection processes, and compliance mechanisms aligned with customer and industry standards.This role will lead cross-functional quality initiatives, drive Cost of Quality (CoQ) improvements, and ensure effective deployment of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across global, multi-location operations.
