Key Responsibilities
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, webinars, and online platforms
• Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive conversions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Track and analyse key sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and business expansion initiatives
• Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7–10 years of experience in software sales or IT services sales
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
• Strong experience with online and digital sales channels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and online sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Preferred Attributes
• Strong understanding of software solutions and IT services
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
