Position Summary The Senior Manager – Production will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations, production planning, resource management, productivity improvement, quality compliance, cost optimization, and people development.
Key Responsibilities 1.Production Management 2.Lead and manage overall production operations for Cable and Connector manufacturing. 3.Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. 4.Drive manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization. 5.Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives. 6.Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing schedules with minimum downtime. 7.Production Planning & Control Collaborate with Planning, SCM, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of production plans. 8.Review production schedules and optimize resources to meet customer requirements. 9.Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities. 10.Ensure adherence to delivery commitments and customer schedules.
