Position: Business Development Executive – EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)
Location: Chennai Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA Experience: 3–10 Years in Business Development, Franchise Development, Retail Expansion, Channel Sales, Area Sales, or EBO Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new franchise partners and EBO locations. * Drive retail expansion and franchise network growth. * Manage EBO performance, sales targets, profitability, and KPIs. * Support franchisees in improving sales and operational efficiency. * Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities. * Build relationships with franchisees, retailers, and distributors. * Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase store footfall. * Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards across outlets. * Train and support franchise teams to improve performance. * Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences. * Negotiate and close business opportunities. * Prepare reports, proposals, and business presentations. * Resolve franchise-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. • Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
