Responsibilities • Identify, Source and obtain competitive pricing for raw materials and components for cable and wire harness enquiries and New development bidding projects. • Prepare timely quotations, price comparisons, and supplier recommendations based on Cost, Quality, and Delivery (QCD). • Manage the complete sourcing cycle, including RFI, RFQ, supplier identification,evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contract finalization. • Negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms, including NDA, Incoterms,payment terms, and supply conditions. • Ensure sourcing activities comply with applicable regulations, certifications, and internal policies, including BIS, RoHS, COC, and test report requirements. • Source and manage suppliers across APAC, EMEA, and Americas, including India,China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Europe, and the US. • Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, technical capability, capacity, reliability, service, financial stability, and performance.
