Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, employee engagement, or a similar role.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Trainer who can conduct employee training programs and support employee development. The candidate should have good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees. - Conduct training on communication, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and workplace behaviour. - Identify employee training needs. - Prepare training materials, assessments, and presentations. - Conduct tests and collect feedback after training. - Maintain training calendars, attendance, and training reports. - Coordinate with HR and business teams for training activities. - Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Support employee learning and professional development.
Required Skills: - Good communication and presentation skills. - Training and facilitation skills. - Employee engagement skills. - Knowledge of behavioural and interpersonal skills training. - Training content development. - Assessment and evaluation skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint. - Strong verbal and written communication.
